Executive Leadership

Pete Mallias is a native New Yorker and a licensed CPA. He earned his MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
 
His background includes working in highly recognized academic medical centers such as NYU Langone Health, Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and Northwell Health. He also was part of the Advisory and Business Assurance division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked with many healthcare organizations throughout the United States. He has 26 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare and finance, in particular physician practice finance, revenue cycle operations, financial planning and forecasting, treasury and acquisitions. 
 
Mr. Mallias has been with Baptist Health since 2015, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance, where his focus was on Miami Cancer Institute and physician financial operations.  
 
He resides in Weston with his wife, Samantha, and their three children.
