Contracted Payors
Contracted payors may now request limited view-only EHR access for their employed nurse reviewers for the purpose of conducting medical record reviews. Once the required security clearance process is completed and the reviewer has been approved, your employed reviewers will be able to use the portal link found in your payor folder to access the EHR for your membership.
Non-Contracted Payors
Non-contracted payors are not eligible for remote access to the Baptist Health South Florida EHR. If you would like to become a contracted payor please contact the Managed Care office at 786-662-7017.
