About Sarah Joseph
Female
Prior to joining Miami Cancer Institute in 2019, Dr. Joseph completed her medical oncology fellowship at McGill University. She currently serves as an associate professor at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida International University.
Dr. Joseph was inspired to pursue a career in oncology in medical school after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Dr. Joseph’s approach to patient care is to put herself in each patient’s shoes and treat them like family. She also works closely with other specialists as part of a multidisciplinary team.
When she is not treating patients, Dr. Joseph enjoys paddle boarding, hot yoga, HIIT workouts, baking, cooking and spending time with her dog.
