Research & Innovation
Many of our physicians participate in multiple clinical trials, including large multicenter studies funded by the National Institutes of Health. Others are editorial board members for major medical journals that publish the results of important clinical studies. In addition, some of our providers teach and lecture at medical schools and conferences around the world.
We also train the next generation of cardiology and cardiac surgery leaders. Graduates of our Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology go on to practice and hold leadership positions at other prominent institutions nationwide.
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Thanks to clinical research, we are constantly learning more about cardiovascular health and how to better care for our patients. We believe it’s vital to keep our national and international partners up to date on the latest heart health advancements. Consequently, during national and international meetings, we offer multiple continuing medical education (CME) programs and broadcast live cases.
