Our Approach to Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation is not a one-size-fits-all process. We know your situation is unique. So, we don’t simply design a rehabilitation program for you — we get you involved in creating your own journey to recovery.
Our exercise physiologists recommend physical activities based on your interests and abilities. During one-on-one sessions, they teach you how to perform each exercise correctly and monitor you to see how well your heart tolerates each activity. And because eating healthier can also make your heart stronger, the nutritionists in our multidisciplinary team show you how to choose a more balanced diet.
Our goal is for you to complete the cardiac rehab program with a full understanding of your condition and the knowledge and confidence to exercise on your own. We want to help you maintain a healthier lifestyle going forward.

Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
Our 12-week cardiac rehab program includes three weekly sessions (36 total), but that can vary based on your specific needs. If you’re interested in our program and need a referral, we can work with your doctor or cardiologist to obtain one.
The expert exercise physiologists and nurses on our team work directly with your doctor to design a workout regimen that will help you gradually rebuild your strength and endurance. During each session, you’ll have access to a wide range of exercise equipment, including cardiovascular machines and free weights.
