Patients of most Baptist Health facilities can use their Baptist Health account to access self-service features in the PineApp or online.
At the moment, this service is unavailable to patients of Bethesda Hospital and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

If you have never visited a Baptist Health location:
- Download the Baptist Health PineApp from your mobile app store or visit us online here.
- On either the PineApp or online, select “Create Account” and provide the information requested. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
- Remove any non-letters, such as spaces, apostrophes and hyphens, from your first name and last name. For example, if your last name is Martinez-Ramos, you should enter it as Martinezramos.
If you have previously visited a Baptist Health location (other than Bethesda Hospital or Boca Raton Regional Hospital), please follow these steps:
- Download the Baptist Health PineApp from your mobile app store or visit us online here.
- On either the PineApp or online, select “Create Account” and provide the information requested. All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
- Please be sure to use the same information –– name, date of birth, sex, email address and phone number –– that you provided during your last visit.
- Remove any non-letters, such as spaces, apostrophes and hyphens, from your first name and last name. For example, if your last name is Martinez-Ramos, you should enter it as Martinezramos.
- You must use the same email address that you provided at your last visit.
- If you have never provided an email address, you must use the same mobile number you provided at the time of your last visit.

Your username is chosen when you create your account. If you ever forget it, please use the “Forgot Username” feature to receive a reminder of the username you chose.
Please note that you will only have one username and password to access your Baptist Health account online or on the PineApp.

To ensure security and consistency for your medical records, some information fields require that our Healthcare Information Management team review the change requests. To update any information in these fields, please contact us at 833-692-2784.

Currently, only patients 18 years and older may create their own Baptist Health accounts. If you are an authorized representative requesting access to a minor’s or other dependent’s record, for a visit to a location other than Boca Raton and Bethesda:
- Visit My Baptist Health Patient Portal Support.
- Choose “All Other Baptist Health Locations”
- Select “I need to sign up for a Baptist Health account” as answer to [What can we help you with?].
- Select “Someone else (i.e., Child)” as answer to [Who needs an invitation to create a Baptist Health account?].
- Complete all fields with the requested information, including information matching the patient’s record.

Your Baptist Health account may need to be activated. If you had access to the myBaptistHealth portal before Jan. 14,2022, and have not yet chosen your new password, please visit this page, click on “Need help signing in?” and select the “Account Activation” option.

Appointments

No, these appointments are not booked until a scheduling agent contacts you and confirms the day and time of your appointment.

No, PineApp shows the same appointment dates and times available to our scheduling team.

Although many appointments can be rescheduled or canceled in PineApp, certain types of appointment may require adjustments that entail a call to our scheduling team.

The dates and times for some appointments are tentative. When necessary, your care team will call you with final details for your appointments and the expected arrival time.

- Your appointments in the Radiation Oncology department for treatment and on-treatment visits with a Radiation Oncologist will be confirmed with you on a weekly basis.
- Appointments that you see in the patient portal for Radiation Oncology / Therapy are not confirmed.
- Please wait to coordinate other appointments or travel arrangements until you receive confirmation of the dates and times for your Radiation Oncology / Therapy appointments.
- For questions specific to your Radiation Oncology / Therapy appointments, call 786-596-2000 and ask for the Radiation Oncology Control Desk.

Dates and times for surgical procedures are tentative. Final details will be provided by a surgical services team member, who will call you to confirm or change your arrival time.
Lab Results and Health Records Access

Lab results may not be available for several days following your appointment. Please check back periodically. If you need further assistance, please see our Patient Support Portal.

Yes, with PineApp you can share your health records by choosing the sharing option from the Health Records screen. Simply select “Share with Family and Friends” and complete the requested information.

Yes, with PineApp you can share your health records with providers by choosing the sharing option from the Health Records screen. Simply select “Share with Provider” and complete the requested information.
Messaging

Yes. From the PineApp home screen, click on the “envelope” icon on the top left, then click the “Provider Messages” tab to view messages sent by your provider.

New messages from your provider will be emailed to you. You can use PineApp’s message center to view those messages.
